Ryan Fox defeats Sam Burns on fourth playoff hole to win the 2025 RBC Canadian Open
Ryan Fox birdied the fourth playoff to beat Sam Burns to win the 114th RBC Canadian Open at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley (North Course) on Sunday. Fox fired a final round of four-under, 66 to get to 18-under and tie clubhouse leader Sam Burns. After the duo exchanged pars on the first three playoff holes, the championship was secured when Fox drained his birdie putt following a miss from Burns. The win is Fox’s second on the PGA TOUR and second this season after winning the ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic last month. Nick Tayor took home the Rivermead Cup as low Canadian, finishing T13 at 13-under. The 2026 RBC Canadian Open will
return to TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley (North Course).
